From ComputerWorld Technoprise Article: “In order to get real-time feedback from Chowking patrons, a system was developed that would allow a customer to actually rate stores based on various parameters,” said Pascual of the customer feedback project. Through this system, customers could send text messages with their remarks and have the information automatically posted to a database which would then be used to evaluate the store's food, service, and cleanliness (FSC) performance. “The system is fully automated and handles around 1,500 customer feedback messages a day from all Chowking stores,” he said.
