Through this system, customers could send text messages with their remarks and have the information automatically posted to a database which would then be used to evaluate the store's food, service, and cleanliness (FSC) performance. “The system is fully automated and handles around 1,500 customer feedback messages a day from all Chowking stores,” he said.
