Incorporated November 3, 2004, M2M Wireless forged an alliance with GiveMe Unlimited, integrating InfoTXT into its wireless solutions utilizing GSM and GPRS connectivity. Through its strategic alliances, M2M Wireless is now the technology hub for development and implementation of general and subcontract services, management consultancies and information and communications technology.

The company is geared towards the development of new software, hardware and network solutions that are highly-customizable according to client specifications using M2M technology, where simplicity and efficiency meet. M2M Wireless Tech Corporation is the exclusive distributor of InfoTXT SMS Messaging Platform, the Grand Prize awardee in Best Product/Service in Mobile Applications of CITEM's eServices Philippines for three consecutive years in 2003-2005.
